When we say "small family business" we mean that we are a wife/husband team that runs all aspects of Unbound out of our home... We design and redesign all our products ourselves and use a spare bedroom (and half of the hallway) as our warehouse. We build and maintain our website including all photography and copy that you see. We write every email and Instagram post ourselves (which is why you don't usually see too many from us). We celebrate every order we receive, package them up by hand, and ship them off ourselves. And usually this is either happening with a kid or three in tow or late at night after they're in bed. So when we say "thank you for supporting our small family business" ... we mean it!

For right now, we only sell our products online. This helps keep costs down to get you the lowest price possible.

In both our planners and our journals we use bright-white, heavyweight, FSC-certified* paper. It measures 70lb (or 105 GSM), which is almost twice as thick as standard notebook paper.

*FSC-certified (Forest Stewardship Council) is a special certification that indicates this paper was created using safe, sustainable, and respectful forest management.

Our planner is a sturdy hardbound book covered in a premium coated-cloth material, making it both beautiful and durable. We also round the corners of our books so you can toss them in your bag knowing the ends won’t bend.

We’re proud to say that every step in our manufacturing process occurs right here in the US.

Absolutely. Bulk order discounts start with orders of 10 books. Please contact us directly via email for more information.

Orders generally ship within one to two business days.

Domestic orders can choose between standard ground USPS (typically 5-9 business days) or priority mail USPS (3-5 business days). International shipping options vary by country and will be displayed at checkout.

Yes! Just enter your address at checkout and your shipping rates will be automatically calculated. Please note, any customs fees, charges or duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Yes. We love our planner and want you to as well. If for any reason you don’t, email hello@unboundplanner.com within seven days to let us that you’d like to make a return. Once we receive it, we’ll begin the refund process. Please note a couple things: the planner must be unused and all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Yes! Just type in a different shipping address and we can ship directly to the recipient.
